Refund policy

At AuraHaus, we are committed to delivering premium, personalized design services. Due to the customized and digital nature of our offerings, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.


1. Services & Digital Deliverables

All AuraHaus design packages, consultations, mood boards, layouts, sourcing guides, and digital materials are considered customized services and digital products.

Because these services are tailored specifically to each client:

  • All purchases are final

  • We do not offer returns on services

  • We do not offer refunds once work has begun or materials have been delivered


2. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees (including the Design Kickstart package) are:

  • Non-refundable once the consultation has taken place

  • Reschedulable with at least 24 hours’ notice

Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.


3. Deposits & Premium Packages

For higher-tier packages:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once project planning has started

  • If a client chooses to cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be issued at AuraHaus’ sole discretion

  • Once design work, sourcing, or strategy development has started, payments are non-refundable


4. Client Satisfaction

AuraHaus is committed to excellence. If you are unsatisfied with your deliverables:

  • Clients may request reasonable revisions within the scope of their selected package

  • Additional revisions beyond package scope may require additional fees


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing a service from AuraHaus, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for completed or partially completed services. Any disputes should be addressed directly with us at:
