AuraHaus provides interior design consulting services, digital design materials, curated sourcing guidance, and related creative services. All services are delivered digitally or through consultation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By using our website or purchasing services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Services

AuraHaus offers tiered design packages including consultations, mood boards, layout plans, sourcing recommendations, and project guidance.

All services are:

  • Customized to the client

  • Non-transferable

  • Intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed

AuraHaus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Payment terms:

  • Full payment may be required at checkout for certain packages.

  • Larger packages may require a deposit, with remaining balance due before delivery.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment providers.

AuraHaus reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of our services:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued once work has commenced.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has occurred.

  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate measurements and property information

  • Respond to communications in a timely manner

  • Review deliverables promptly

  • Make final decisions regarding purchases and implementation

AuraHaus is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate measurements or information provided by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, mood boards, layouts, renderings, documents, and creative materials produced by AuraHaus remain the intellectual property of AuraHaus.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal residential use only.

Materials may not be:

  • Resold

  • Reproduced for commercial purposes

  • Shared publicly without written consent

AuraHaus reserves the right to use project visuals for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

AuraHaus provides design guidance and recommendations only.

We are not responsible for:

  • Contractor performance

  • Vendor delays

  • Installation errors

  • Structural or architectural modifications

  • Construction-related issues

AuraHaus’ liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services.

8. No Professional Construction Advice

AuraHaus does not provide architectural, engineering, or structural services unless explicitly stated. Clients should consult licensed professionals for construction, permits, or structural changes.

9. Third-Party Vendors

Recommendations for furniture, materials, or vendors are provided for convenience. AuraHaus is not responsible for pricing changes, availability, product defects, or vendor performance.

10. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

AuraHaus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
